Google Pixel 10 Series Launched: Specs, Features, And Upgrades Of Pixel 10, Pro, Pro XL And Pro Fold

Google has officially launched the Pixel 10 lineup, which includes four models: Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Unlike previous years, this generation focuses less on groundbreaking design changes and more on hardware refinements, software optimization, and extended durability, all shipping with Android 16 and seven years of guaranteed updates.

Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL

The Pro models continue Google’s premium path, offering similar features in two sizes: 6.3-inch and 6.8-inch OLED Super Actua displays, with peak brightness of 3,300 nits, HDR10+ support, and 120 Hz adaptive refresh. Both use the new Google Tensor G5 processor, the brand’s first chip built by TSMC on 3nm (N3E) lithography, bringing efficiency gains, cooler operation, and improved AI performance (up to 60% stronger than the G4). They are paired with up to 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage.

Camera hardware remains largely unchanged (50 MP main, 48 MP ultrawide, 48 MP telephoto with 5x optical zoom), but Google relies on enhanced computational photography and new AI-assisted tools. Battery capacity has grown to 4,870 mAh (Pro) and 5,200 mAh (Pro XL), with wired charging at 45W and magnetic wireless charging via Qi2 (15–25W depending on the model). Both include IP68 protection, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, UWB, satellite SOS, and an under-display fingerprint sensor.

Pixel 10

Though the entry-level device, Pixel 10 brings meaningful changes, making it an appealing choice for newcomers. It retains the familiar design but introduces new colors and a periscope telephoto lens, previously reserved for Pro models. Its 6.3-inch OLED Actua display peaks at 3,000 nits with HDR10+ and 120 Hz refresh. Powered by the Tensor G5 with 12 GB RAM, it carries fewer storage options (128/256 GB). The camera system includes a 48 MP main sensor, 13 MP ultrawide, and the new 10.8 MP telephoto with 5x optical zoom.

A 4,970 mAh battery supports 30W wired charging and 15W Qi2 magnetic charging, while connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 6.0, and IP68. Despite being the more affordable option, it inherits most AI-driven software features from the Pro models, including advanced photo editing and contextual assistants.

Pixel 10 Pro Fold

The foldable model evolves modestly but gains an important improvement: IP68 certification, rare among foldables, though it increases thickness slightly. It also adopts the Tensor G5 with 16 GB RAM and up to 1 TB storage, plus an upgraded UFS 4.0 standard. The external OLED display grows to 6.4 inches, while the internal panel remains 8 inches, both brighter at 3,000 nits.

Cameras are unchanged from its predecessor: 48 MP main, 10.5 MP ultrawide, 10.8 MP telephoto periscope, and dual 10 MP selfie cameras. A 5,015 mAh battery supports 30W charging and 15W magnetic wireless charging, while connectivity matches the Pro line with Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, UWB, and satellite SOS.
